Please note that these prices reflect billboard production costs only. Production refers to the printing of your ad on paper, eco-flex or poster-flex (all three substrates referred to in the billboard industry as “posters”) or vinyl. The billboard company then installs the posters or vinyl on its billboard structure. You will be responsible for making arrangements with the billboard company regarding locations available and length of campaign. Billboard space rental may be additional.
30-sheet Bleed posters, eco-flex or poster-flex actual poster size 10’5” x 22’8”. Some billboard companies will refer to these as “Senior Posters” or “Poster Panels” and tell you the sizes are 12’ x 24’ or 12’ x 25’. Note that there are many different terms and references to these posters, but they are the same size across the country. The size difference is in reference to the structure face. Many structures supporting these posters have different trim sizes that make them 12’ x 24’ or 12’ x 25’ or some other size. The posters themselves are all 10’5” x 22’8” across the country.

8-sheet posters: Actual poster size is 5’ x 11’. Some
billboard companies will refer to these as “Junior posters” or “Juniors”.
Most will tell you that the size is 6’ x 12’, but again this refers to the
size of the structure face that supports the poster. The poster gets posted inside the
trim of the structure face. The posters themselves are all 5’ x 11’ across
the country.

*Shipping of posters to the various Billboard Advertising companies is
not included. This price will vary with quantity, destination and method. A high-end
estimate for the larger posters is approximately $4 per poster.
Rates based on production per design. Quantity discounts cannot be applied
by combining designs.
Vinyl bulletins: Some billboards are for long term use or do not
have the structure available to support posters. It is these locations that require the
use of either flex vinyl to wrap around the face of the structure, or PSA (sticky-back)
vinyl to be applied directly to the face of the structure. Generally referred to as “bulletins” in
the billboard industry, these structures vary in sizes depending on the area and the
zoning, etc. We price the vinyl production by the sq. ft. and print any size for any
application. Please call us to walk through the sizes and finishing required so we may
price it properly.
